The films are purchased stock films and dubbed with new dialogues. The first part is about launching the news that a new ticket scheme is on the way. The campaign introduces the new scheme for paying and registering tickets on buses in Agder. The scheme not a revolution, much remains the same, but still, nobody likes change, especially when it comes to deeply ingrained habits.
